Order Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged or incorrectly sent. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for any opened or consumed products.
